Description
Carve the first tracks on the perfectly prepared ski runs. No need to fight duels with other skiers. This is the dream of many skiers. Zermatt Bergbahnen have set themselves the task of making this dream come true. So, they came up with the First Track offer. We’ll only say this much: the early start is richly rewarded!
When other skiers are still asleep, you’ll be already in the cable car – before the official opening time. Destination: Trockener Steg.
First the downhill run, then the breakfast
Once you’re at Trockener Steg, the waiting is over. The piste control and rescue service will welcome you and accompany you on your first descent. Now strap on your skis, build up speed and the most beautiful feeling a skier can have comes quite naturally as you glide over the fresh tracks of the grooming vehicles, take swing turns in the crisp snow and make the most of the sunny slopes.
When the dream descent is over, there is still plenty to look forward to: from 9.30 am to 11 am a lavish breakfast is waiting for you at the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise restaurant. Enjoy regional delicacies and the first rays of morning sun with an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. If only every day’s skiing could begin like this ...
