The Peak Collection is an all-year themed stroll along a path which takes you round Restaurant Rothorn. It features 18 installations with artistic interpretations of the surrounding mountains created by Zermatt mountain guides. It’s no coincidence that the exhibition is located on the Rothorn, as from there you have a unique vista of the whole Zermatt valley up to “King” Matterhorn.

Discovering Zermatt's mountains and their stories
Each of the metal sculptures you pass is devoted to one or two mountains. Along with dates and facts, the artworks also tell personal tales compiled by the mountain guides of Zermatt. The displays include rocks brought down from the summits by the mountaineers.
