Ski pass Zermatt / International
You can find here all ski passes, day and multi-day tickets for adults, further tariffs as well as information on discounts, ski bus and much more. If you order your ski pass online, you will reach the peaks of the ski area as quickly as possible with the cable cars and enjoy the first descents on varied pistes in the ski area of Zermatt - accompanied by the fantastic panorama.

Beginner Ski pass
There are lots of offers and discounts just waiting for you and your children in the Matterhorn Paradise. The Beginner ski pass is valid for Zermatt-Sunnegga, Sunnegga-Blauherd, Eisfluh, the Findel chairlift and the Leisee shuttle. Find the perfect Beginner ski pass for you and your family.

Wolli Card
With a Wolli Card, children travel free on all of the mountain lifts, overnight at no charge in many of the hotels and holiday apartements, pay no holiday taxes and are the invited guests at all of the Wolli events. This means that children are the VIPs of the destination.

International ski pass:
1-30 days, season: 14.69% for 10% VAT Italy and 85.31% for 7.7% VAT Switzerland
International-Aosta ski pass:
1-30 days: 14% for 10% VAT Italy and 86% for 7.7% VAT Switzerland
season: 10% for 10% VAT Italy and 90% for 7.7% VAT Switzerland
Access to the Italian ski area will be sold in the name and for the account of Cervino Spa and Cime Bianche Spa. The exact details of the Italian and Swiss shares will be announced to the clientele by posting at the sales outlets of Zermatt Bergbahnen AG and on the receipt given to the users.
In cooperation with insurance company SOLID, Zermatt Bergbahnen AG offers you the option of taking out additional cover on your ski pass.
You can choose from the following insurance products:
- PassProtect: covers reimbursement of your unused ski pass in the event of illness, accident or unfavourable weather conditions (supplement of CHF 3 per day; CHF 63 per season or year)
- SkiCare: covers all the costs mentioned above under PassProtect plus any additional expenses* arising from an accident on the slopes (supplement of CHF 5 per day; CHF 98 per season or year)
* Please note that any medical and emergency transport costs will only be assumed by SOLID if your private or national insurance does not apply or fails to provide adequate cover.

Zermatt Bergbahnen recommends to all customers purchasing a ski or Peak Pass to take out additional insurance. Without insurance protection you are not entitled to a refund of your ski pass or Peak Pass.

The cash-back guarantee costs CHF 10 per booking and covers the following:
- If you have a profile at www.matterhornparadise.ch, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before it becomes valid or prior to your departure date, or send us an enquiry. Just log on and go to “Orders” on your profile page.
- If you do not have a profile, we can cancel your booking for you up to 48 hours before it becomes valid or prior to your departure date. You can email an enquiry to info@matterhornparadise.ch.
For season passes, the cash-back guarantee is valid as long as the pass remains unused, regardless of the start date of the validity.
A refund on the cash back guarantee is excluded in any case.
