The sunsets in the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise are just made for romantics. High above Zermatt, at 3883 metres, the sun goes down in a breath-taking spectacle, with Zermatt’s Alpine world as a backdrop. A feast for the eyes to share with your loved one from the highest viewing platform in the Alps.
But that’s just the highpoint of an evening filled with pleasures you can enjoy with all your senses. Start in good company with a typical Swiss apéritif and appetizers (variations of canapés).
An evening meal of gourmet delights
The culinary highlight comes with the last rays of the setting sun at the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise restaurant: a lovingly prepared three-course menu with a dessert and fine wines. Marvel at the atmospheric display of shifting colours through the panoramic windows, culminating in the glorious spectacle of sunset.
