Husky Zermatt organizes husky sleigh rides on the Trockener Steg, right in front of the Matterhorn. At over 3000 meters above sea level, humans and dogs get to know and used to each other. A unique experience!
A personal guide will pick you up at Trockener Steg and lead you to the husky trail. He/She will look after you during the 1.5 hour activity. The musher (husky owner) will then explain exiting facts about the dogs. Afterwarts, you can pet the dogs in order to get to know each other. Then each person can take turns enjoying a tour. The musher steers the sledge and a maximum of one adult sits on the sledge. Children ride together with one adult at a time.
Huskies love children and love to be petted. Before the sleigh ride, humans and huskies get to know each other and build trust in each other.

To match your husky adventure, it's best to book a return ticket from Zermatt to Trockener Steg. If you wish, you can also take the cable car up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise before or after the sledge ride. In this case, we recommend that you book a return trip from Zermatt to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
